About Aaron Clark | Reno & Sparks REALTOR®
I’m Aaron Clark, a native Nevadan and REALTOR® with Edge Realty serving buyers, sellers and investors throughout Reno, Sparks and the surrounding Northern Nevada communities. I’ve worked in Northern Nevada real estate since 1999, with a background in title, escrow, marketing and business development that gives me a broader perspective on what happens before, during and after a real estate transaction.
A Different Approach to Real Estate
My job is not to talk someone into buying or selling a home. It is to make sure they understand the market, the property, the contract and the options in front of them so they can make the decision that is right for them. Sometimes that means moving forward quickly. Sometimes it means negotiating harder, changing course or deciding not to buy or sell at all. I would rather give someone advice they can trust for years than push them into one transaction.
Northern Nevada Real Estate Experience Since 1999
Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, I spent years working in the title and escrow side of the industry, including marketing and business development. That background taught me how transactions actually come together behind the scenes and how problems involving title, escrow, financing, deadlines and contract terms can affect a closing. Today, I bring that experience into every purchase and sale I handle.
Local Knowledge That Comes From Living Here
Northern Nevada is not one uniform housing market. South Reno, Northwest Reno, Midtown, Sparks, Spanish Springs, Somersett, Damonte Ranch and the surrounding communities can differ considerably in housing age, lot size, HOA structure, commute, amenities and market behavior. As a native Nevadan, I help clients understand those differences rather than simply showing them properties that happen to fit a search filter.
Negotiation Does Not End When the Contract Is Signed
Some of the most important negotiations happen after an offer is accepted. Inspections, repair requests, appraisal issues, lender conditions, credits, timelines and unexpected problems can all change the economics of a transaction. I focus on protecting my client’s position throughout the entire deal—not just negotiating the initial purchase price or offer.
Client Reviews and Recognition
A large part of my business has been built through repeat clients, referrals and people who found me through reviews from past clients. Over the years, I’ve earned hundreds of five-star reviews across major real estate and review platforms and have been recognized among Northern Nevada’s top-performing real estate professionals. I’m grateful for the recognition, but the part that matters most to me is what clients consistently say about the experience: honest advice, responsiveness, strong negotiation and never feeling pressured into a decision.
Real Estate Contributor on News Talk 780 AM KKOH
I’m also a regular real estate contributor on the Jon Sanchez Show on News Talk 780 AM KKOH, where we discuss the Reno-Sparks housing market, interest rates, real estate investing, contracts, title and escrow issues and other topics affecting Northern Nevada homeowners and buyers. Talking about real estate publicly reinforces the same approach I use with clients: explain what is happening, cut through the noise and help people understand what actually matters to their decision.
Involved in the Northern Nevada Community
Northern Nevada is home, not simply the market where I sell real estate. I’ve served for years on the board of Awaken, a Reno-based nonprofit working to help individuals affected by commercial sexual exploitation. Staying involved in the community matters to me because real estate is ultimately about the people and communities we live alongside every day.
Areas I Serve
I primarily help clients throughout Reno and Sparks, including South Reno, Damonte Ranch, Northwest Reno, Somersett, Midtown, Spanish Springs, Wingfield Springs, Vista and surrounding communities. I also work throughout much of Northern Nevada, including Carson City and nearby communities when the property and client needs are a good fit. If you’re unsure whether I cover the area you’re considering, call or text me and I’ll give you a straightforward answer.
Have a Real Estate Question? Let’s Talk.
Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing or relocating to Northern Nevada, you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I’m happy to answer questions, talk through your options and help you decide what makes sense for you. No pressure and no obligation—just honest real estate advice.
